1. Booking Requirements
To ensure availability and allow our team the time needed to prepare an exceptional experience, we kindly request the following notice:
- Events of 20 guests or fewer: Please book at least 3 days in advance.
- Events of more than 20 guests: Please book at least 7 days in advance.
Early booking helps us secure your preferred date and deliver the highest-quality service.
2. Deposits & Cancellations
A 50% deposit of the final invoice total is required to confirm

Catering Policies
To ensure availability and allow our team the time needed to prepare an exceptional experience, we require t the following notice:
Events of 20 guests or fewer: Please book at least 5 days in advance.
Events of more than 20 guests: Please book at least 7 days in advance.
Early booking helps us secure your preferred date and deliver the highest-quality service.
A 50% deposit of the invoiced total is required to confirm your event and secure your date. Final payments of the remaining balance must be made before the event start time/date.
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the event are eligible for a refund of up to 25% of the deposit.
Because preparation, purchasing, and staffing begin well before your event, 25% of the deposit is non-refundable.
We currently offer two convenient catering formats:
On-site Food Truck Catering: Service provided directly from our food truck window.
Drop-Off Catering: Freshly prepared food delivered to your location.
Please note: We do not provide serving staff at this time. Menu items and pricing are subject to change depending on any special requests or customizations.
